Introduction

Welcome to the higher secondary school commercial geography website.

This website is meant to provide students some interest in the commercial geography course that otherwise due to the nature of its content and design might seem a bit boring. Adding to this there is no comprehensive text available in the market on this subject and hence students find it a bit difficult to study.

For the intermediate commerce students the according to the prescribed syllabus by the Board of Intermediate Education Karachi, Pakistan the course has been divided into two main sections the commercial geography of the world and the commercial geography of Pakistan.

In both of these sections there is a further four step classification of the subject as a study of the land, population, poduction and trade and transportation.

The course on world in brief is about the man and his environment, types of commercial activities, various forms of commerce and trade in various economic sectors and transport systems on this face of earth. In geography of pakistan the same approach is followed at the country's scale.
